Barge Fleeting

HPC has two barge fleeting areas located adjacent to the terminal. Our location, along the Houston Ship Channel, is a perfect and protected location for various types of inland and oceangoing barge fleeting. The barge fleeting areas can accommodate over 60 barges.

Specialty Tank Design and Capabilities

Our independent terminal is capable of meeting the versatile needs of our customers. Storage tanks at HPC can be built to customer’s unique specifications. We can build anything from a simple atmospheric tank to more elaborate tanks needing special equipment for loading/unloading, circulation, temperature control, and vapor control/recovery.

Difficult to Store and/or Handle Products

Many products are difficult to handle due to temperature, viscosity, odor or other non-typical characteristics. Due to our flexible permit, HPC can modify terminal assets and train personnel to handle these types of products.

Sampling

Tank sampling can be coordinated with operations so the customer’s product can be tested.
