Terminal Location

• Location: 12003 Strang Rd, La Porte, TX 77571. Located in La Porte’s Industrial District which is zoned strictly for industrial.
• Site Elevation: 25’ above sea level and some of the highest natural waterfront land in Harris County offering outstanding protection against hurricanes which can wreak havoc on waterfront facilities in the gulf.
  
• Land: The site consists of 8 acres and over 65% is undeveloped with infrastructure in place to support future expansion.

Transportation & Logistics

• Modes of Transportation: Barge/truck inbound/outbound, future rail possibilities.
• Barge Fleeting: Located adjacent to the terminal is two barge fleets capable of fleeting 60+ barges.

Storage Capabilities

Seven (7) 13,500bbl and six (6) 750bbl carbon steel atmospheric tanks. HPC builds-to-suit, from atmospheric tanks to specialty tanks.  Currently, we store:

• Pyrolysis fuel oil
• Naphthalene
• Fuel oil cutterstocks
• Slop oil emulsions
• Lubricating oils
• Crude oil
• Refined products (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, base oil & light cycle oils)
